Teleportal Readings was a live/video hybrid event series I produced that paired literary and video artists to evoke Geordie La Forge hosting Reading Rainbow on the holodeck.
Featured writers included Eileen Myles, Dean Young, Jennifer Egan, Maira Kalman, Ed Hirsch, Doug Dorst, Jake Silverstein, and Jon Cotner. Video artists included Scott Gelber, Lee Webster, and Stephen Fishman.
Event cohosts included McSweeney's, Melville House, Electric Literature, Gopher Magazine, Texas Book Festival, and Fusebox Festival.
